The award was meant for Abdulrazak Abdulrahman's father. Abdulrazak collected the award on behalf of his father.

Saraki was there as the Senate President (outgoing) and he had no choice. Stop praising Saraki unnecessarily. If Saraki had his way, he won't even come close to the event
