See Constitution. APC is majority in NASS and there should be no problem getting the consensus for INEC.

Never knew about this, this is seriously needed for Ijagemo and Ijeododo community in Ọjọ LGA, the only accessible route to either of these communities is Alomosho LGA, this affects every form of development in the community and also have an effect on election as the electoral officers always take forever to get to this PUs.
The worst part is that it's ward head is a small street in Iba Town. I wonder what those that placed these two towns under Ojo were smoking when they did.

If you can get a signature vote of about 2/3of residents in the electoral district you can write INEC, copy Lagos State House of Assembly, copy the Senator and HoR member for the district. As a courtesy, but not required, you should copy the LCDA and LG. Enumerate the barriers you face and its adverse effect to your electoral franchise. You must reference the applicable and relevant statutes of Law to prove your point. The earlier the better,if you can get it in before this current 8th Assembly is dissolved you could get redistricted before next general election in 2023. If the 9th Assembly is inaugurated before you get this to INEC, then your redistricting will not happen until after 2023.
