Noticing how NASS members compete with their party for control of the Legislative Chambers it would not be bad idea for parties to include a Contract of Understanding prior to election and in which the interest of the party is clearly articulated. The candidate now has a freedom of choice to sign such contract and be binded to the directives of the party. Afterall the party was elected into NASS, not the individual.
