Heard from a kidnap victim how police tips off kidnappers of the arrival of Agofure buses along Elele/Emougha axis (east west road) simply because Agofure refused to settle the kidnappers with 50million ngn. They divert them into the forest and obtain ransom from their familes then settle the police on the highway.

I have often wondered how such kidnappings are possible with the high number of check points along that highway, yet they will say the police is your friend.
