ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS & HOW TO APPLY
This is open to all University Graduates in Engineering or Physical/Chemical Sciences from Rivers or Akwa-Ibom State who have completed the NYSC Programme.

Course Delivery: The students are taught by instructors from the University of Port Harcourt (Uniport) Nigeria, and experts from the petroleum industry both within and outside Nigeria.

Sponsorship: Candidates may also be sponsored by operating companies, service companies, PTDF and other sponsoring agencies. (Note that sponsorship of candidate(s) by any of the participating companies does not guarantee recruitment of such candidate(s) into their Employment at the end of the programme)

Completed hard copy Application Forms must be returned to the Director, Institute of Petroleum Studies, University of Port Harcourt on or before July 19, 2019.
Aptitude Test: August 1, 2019.
Oral interview: August 21, 2019 at IPS Park

DETAILED Method of Application
PAYMENT FOR APPLICATION FORM (N15,000) MUST BE MADE ONLINE FIRST VIA www.ipsng.org/payments VIA ATM CARD

Username and Password to the online form will be sent 24 hours after payment to your registered EMAIL ADDRESS. Application form is to be filled online.

Completed copy should be printed from the applicants email address.
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AFTER THE ONLINE APPLICATION ON OR BEFORE JULY 19 2019

A) A handwritten letter stating your reasons for applying.

B) Curriculum vitae of ONE PAGE ONLY.

C) Copies of the Credentials i.e. WAEC, GCE, NYSC Discharge Certificate & University degrees, etc and, if applicable, an attestation of attendance at an educational establishment.

D) Detailed records of results (TRANSCRIPT)

E) Two recent identity photographs with your last name and first name on the back.
