HOW TO MAKE A DELETABLE PANCAKE IN JUST 4 MINUTES


Pancake are great for breakfast as it contains the basic nutrients which you body needs to get the day started.

This basic nutrients contained in the pancake are; carbohydrates which are from the flour, protein from eggs and fats from eggs, margarine and vegetable oil.

Another reason why pancake are good for breakfast is due to it’s light and light foods are great foods to start the day as they won’t make you feel bloated and dull to go about your daily activities.

Equipment needed for the pancake recipe

None stick pan

Fork

Bowl

Spoon

Ingredients needed for the pancake recipe

1 cup of flour(117g).

1 egg.

Half tin of evapourated milk.

1/2 cup of water.

1 and 1/2 tablespoons of margarine

2 tbsp of sugar

Vegetable oil (frying)

A pinch of salt.

Grounded Pepper.

Preparation of the pancake recipe


Put the 1 and 1/2 tbsp of margarine in a bowl and melt in it either putting under a hot water or microwave.

Add the 117g flour into the bowl,

Add the sugar, salt, the half evapourated tin milk and pepper into the wet and mix well.

Then blend the wet mixture in a liquid blender to give it that smooth light texture and then pour it into the bowl.

Set your non stick pan on the heater and grease it a little with vegetable oil. If you don’t have a non stick pan you can use your normal frying pan.

When the pan and vegetable oil is hot, add some of the pancake mixture or batter in to the pan and bend the pan a bit so the batter will spread evenly on the pan.

As then pancake is frying, shake it from time to time so it doesn’t get burnt.

When the button is done and brown as you like, flip the top so it gets fried and brown like the button. The frying should take you about two minutes for the pancake to get done. Now your pancake is ready to be served.

Put the pancake into a plate and add some chopped banana and a little bit honey on it and then serve.(PANCAKE RECIPE)

Firstly, this is not the food section but I guess you felt the look of your pancake is a graphic content since it ain't attractive. It kinda looks like an akara (bean cake) that was murdered by Evans, the kidnapper. Anyway, that's mine attached grin
