what I want is someone similar to express Wi-Fi by facebook.
but the issue is that where do I get wholesale data from or where do I buy data at a wholesale price, because according to my research Telecom companies buy data at a very cheaper rate, for example facebook express Wi-Fi is 1850 naira for 10gb worth of data, mtn hynet 1Tb cost 30K and lastly according to tstv if their decoder is out (if it is available in the market ) 1gb worth of data will be sold at 300 naira, so my question is that where do I get to buy data at wholesale price
