Ideology as a conceptual scheme and a searchlight must manifest as conscious effort that reject one type of development to accept another. In this perspective, it must act as a lubricant, to oil the wheel of institution, keeping it, in the right direction without living it to be grounded . Any political ideology, must reflect the class outlook with the power of idea to invest in ethical standard and value. Thus, to uplift the cultural awareness to maximize the social instinct in the preservation and efficiency towards a viable development that reflects the aspiration of the social system.

Historically, self-reliance development, is not just a question of a mix factor, that emanate for the sake of improving the lots of the collectives. But an organize struggle against the very historical formation that tends to undermine the value system and the complexity of the society itself.
