There was chaos at the Ibadan Polytechnic, this morning , following the yesterday stabbing of one Tobi Oyeniyi, who is the Sports Director of the National Association of Polytechnic Engineering Students (NAPES).

Oyeniyi was stabbed in the head by their opponents after his Faculty, the Faculty of Engineering (FENG) Queens, lost a football match to the Faculty of Business and Communications Studies (FBCS) Queens.
.
According to reports, some other students were also left injured, leading to today’s retaliation, which saw students escaping through a hole in the fence as more people were stabbed. .

The annual inter-faculty football competition was held at the Sport Pavilion, North Campus of The Polytechnic, Ibadan.
