Job Description: MAIN FUNCTIONS
Represent client in court cases, arbitrations, and mediations and manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent presentation, advocacy, negotiation, and writing skills. Litigation experience and knowledge of court pleadings and court processes. Applicable legal credentials and certifications.
