URGENT VACANCY

We have urgent need for the services of a chartered accountant to fill the post of Head Account in one of our subsidiaries located at Nnewi, Anambra State.

Job Title – Head of Account – LOCATION: Nnewi

Job Summary:
• Liaises with AGM (Finance/ Accounts) to develop/update and implement financial and accounting policies, procedures and strategies for the company.
• Supervises the capture of financial data in Navision.
• Carries out financial analysis and prepares reports.
• Acts to ensure compliance with the company’s financial policies, procedures and standards
• Advises plant management on accounting/financial matters
• Supervises cash receipt and payments within the company.
• Renders financial returns of the depots to management
• Carries out bank reconciliations at the company.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing company.
 Degree in accounting
 ICAN certification required
 Knowledge of ERP – Navision/ / use of accounting package is key.
 Advanced degree is an added advantage
