Huawei devices now have the best cameras after Google pixels..
Their processors are fast, great hardware... Mate 20 pro, P30 pro and the likes are examples...
I don't know how they age over time... But I think there are Huawei care centres in Lagos or Abuja...
Their software skins arent the best but good enough...
As for software updates I can't say.
Yeah, my no 1 fear is software updates and I'm also concerned about being able to use my phone for considerably long before buying another..

Xiaomi is your best bet. Just go for the note 7 pro, sure to receive plenty software/MIUI updates for many years.

Buy the Xiaomi pocophone f1. It has a chipset snapdragon 845. The phone is a monster. You can get it from aliexpress and it is going for great discount there. Buy the 6g ram and 128g storage variant. It is going for less than 110k now. You can also install gcam on the phone without rooting and the photos are wow. It is the best value for money. Watch reviews on YouTube before settling for a phone.
