Visit the secured client area
Enter customer support email address
Enter client area password.
Go to services
Click on the green active button applicable to the domain name for which you intend to change email or client area password
To change cPanel password, look on the left menu bar and click change password. Enter a new password following our recommended password rules - a combination of special characters, capital letters and small letters as well as numbers.
save your changes and you are done..

To Change an Email Password

Follow the same procedure to login to client area.
Scroll down to Quick Shortcuts
Click on email accounts
Click password and authentication to reset your password.
Change the account password band save your changes
