The wife of Ebonyi State governor Mrs Rachel Umahi says she is ready to appear in court to defend any woman violated in the state. Mrs Umahi stated this in a Press release. She said all hands must be on deck to stem the tide of violence and obnoxious practices against women.

80% of women in ebonyi are struggling to feed. The ones who managed to own a shop are taxed heavily ...I mean heavily till they are forced to shut down The ones who sell by the road are driven by task force ... But ,behold , Good roads and Christmas light everywhere being plied regularly by Keke and bikes . Jihad indeed with 20 litres texcote of makeup paint .
