I need an affordable solar panel that can power my phone and laptop. I don't need one to power my entire room, I just need an affordable one capable of powering my phone and laptop.

I would suggest you get an inverter or large powerbank. No such thing as affordable solar panel. They are relatively expensive and inefficient

to make it affordable you need at least a solar panel and a laptop powerbank. you'll need nothing less than 50k

.. seriously there's nothing like affordable when it comes to solar panel. the one i know can is about 30k and can also power your room convinently
