Job Summary

The recruitment specialist is responsible for overseeing the recruitment processes of the organization as it relates to clients and job candidates. He/She would be required to work effectively with the recruitment team to ensure that the right candidates are matched with clients as requested. He/She is expected to be proactive self-motivated, result-driven and passionate about the job.

Job Description

Post job vacancies on various online and social media platforms
Manage and sort through applications based on qualifications and requirements
Implement the company recruitment process in the most efficient manner
Partake in the entire recruitment process aimed at matching the right candidates with our clients as requested for
Manage clients accounts while also meeting up with client demands and requirements for new job candidates
Build and manage the client and candidate database for the company
Create original content for social media to boost connectivity and interactions with followers, candidates, and clients online
Identify new business prospects and leverage on business growth opportunities
Build and maintain healthy business relationships with new and existing clients
Work effectively with the rest of the team to meet company goals and targets.
Participate in outings, seminars, conferences, meetings, and training sessions within and outside the organization
Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.


Qualifications

2-3 years working experience in a similar field
BSC/HND
