In need of someone who has an in-depth knowledge of lands, architecture, construction and engineering in Nigeria.

Essential:
A relevant degree.
Knowledge of house building costs and budgeting.
Knowledge of Land acquisition
Must be able to write on building construction topics
knowledge of Microsoft office.
Access to a computer.
Excellent Communicator both verbally and written.
Must be able to think outside the box.
Must be hard working
Must live in Lagos

Desirable but not essential:
There will be a lot of field work so if you can drive that will be a plus.

JOB DETAILS:
This is a work from home job and involves field research, writing a report, time management and populating excel spreadsheet with your report. There will be an online assessment test, Skype interview and face to face interview.
