Can Someone Please say something...

I Need Help Here.

Please I need help, I submitted my passport to Turkey embassy on the 11th of February, after collecting my passport on the 18th Febuary from the embassy, I saw a white paper on it and it was stated on the white paper that my visa application has been forwarded to “Turkish Local Authority for Futher Verification” and that they will get back too me when response is received, it’s more than 2months now and I still have no response from them nor the embassy, can someone advice me or tell me what to do, Or is it a way of denial. Pls help me coz I need help.
