AAC Deputy Guber Candidate Alleged To Have Received N200m From Gov.wike Returns by Upritman(m): 7:07pm On Apr 12, 2019
Suanu's Blog

A former deputy governorship candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC, in Rivers State Mr.Akpo Bomba Yeeh, who was alleged to have received a whopping sum of N200m to dump his party and ambition for the PDP by the Rivers State Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike has returned back to the state from his trip abroad.

Suanu's Blog gathered that after his controversial and last minute defection to the PDP and an immediate visit to Gov.Wike at the Rivers State Government House, Mr.Yeeh reportedly travelled to Dubai ahead of the guber poll. The trip was alleged to have been part of the deal he struck with Gov.Wike upon his defection to the PDP. He was also alleged to have received an SUV car and an apartment from Gov.Wike.

Upon his arrival from Dubai Friday evening, the Ogoni Politician and retired senior police officer was received by his friends and supporters at the Port Harcourt International Airport.

Speaking with newsmen on arrival, Mr.Yeeh thanked Rivers People for voting massively for Gov.Wike and expressed optimism that the governor will not disappoint them.

Suanu's Blog recalls that upon the exclusion of the Rivers State APC from the 2019 general elections in the state, the faction loyal to the Transportation Minister, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi had adopted the AAC Governorship Candidate, Engr.Biokpomabo Awara against the candidature of Gov.Wike of the PDP. However, Gov.Wike in a bid to neutralise that move, infiltrated the AAC camp and benefitted from massive defection of AAC key members including Mr.Yeeh to the PDP.

Thereafter, Mr.Wike was declared as the winner of the controversial Rivers State Governorship election by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

No picture of the N200m he allegedly received.
No picture of the SUV and apartment he allegedly got.

Yet you want us to believe your cooked up report.

A good transfer buy from the PDP. Amaechi was sign for lesser amount but was compensated with Made In Fulani Furà dè Nunù.

Did you notice that this smart guy is carrying his luggage by himself? In fact, Wike should activate his buy out clause to N400million.

N200m is not a small money now. He went abroad to strategies on how to spend wind fall. Please don't come to PH because you will need to pay kidnapper N200M minus your abroad expenses.

The past weeks have been very eventful on the African continent vis-a-vis the effectiveness of mass actions that resulted in the changes in the governments of Algeria and Sudan. In both countries, the youth took the bull by the horn knowing that their future largely depends on the actions or inactions of those in power. In Sudan, universities have been shut while student, males and females, poured into the streets to protest. Even with the arrest of Al-Bashir, they have vowed to continue until the military hands over to a civilian government.

Now, compare the youth of these countries with the Nigerian youth. Young people in Nigeria seem too comfortable with the massive looting by people in government. In fact, the National Association of Nigerian Students has since joined the looting gang. Whenever they speak, they only do so in order to be handed their own share of the national loot which the politicians have faithfully done over time.

The average Nigerian youth has taken to crime, gambling and social media addiction. He has allowed popular entertainment to blind him to the dangers ahead. The politicians use ethnic and religious politics to divide and keep the youth in check. However, it is worthy to note that the evil that lies ahead will spare no one no matter the tribe, ethnicity or religion.

I ask, why is the Nigerian youth so quiet in the face of large scale official corruption, political violence and killings, spiralling unemployment and underemployment, ethic killings etc? Where, when and how did he lose his voice?

One of the few sensible post on this forum for s long time. I just hope you are a youth so that we elders can at least have the consolation that there are still few youths left who will try to pull the nation out of the shithole we are today.
