Veteran Nigerian musician, Daddy Showkey has called out the Nigerian police over the murder of an innocent 20-year-old girl who was hanging out with his equally young boyfriend at an ungodly hour of the night.
According to reports, the young couple was on their way back from a club when they ran into the police on their way.

Out of panic, they took to their heels but the police chased, apprehended, and shot them. The boy, however, survived the shot. But the 20-year-old could not bear the impact, so she died. Reacting to this, Daddy Showkey wrote on IG:

“Policemen from Trinity police station, Ajegunle shot a couple last night. The 20-year-old girl died on the spot while the young man is in the hospital fighting for his life.
