Job Summary

The Sales Supervisor would be responsible for generating leads for the business while leading and managing the sales team as effectively as possible. He/She would be in charge of building healthy relationships with recent and prospective clients. He/She is required to carry out his/her obligations in a professional and succinct manner. He/She is required to be innovative and creative while carrying out appointed duties and obligations.

Job Description

• Maintain beneficial relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the business
• Motivate team members towards achieving company goals and targets
• Sell company products and services to new and existing clients in accordance with the company’s marketing plan and standard operating procedures
• Develop detailed reports about findings and research done as it relates to sales activities and productivity
• Schedule and attend visits with new and existing clients aimed at generating monthly sales
• Identify business opportunities by identifying business prospects
• Providing accurate information about company products and services to clients
• Prepare and make presentations to clients, partners, and other stakeholders as required
• Performance review of sales and revenue generated
• Attend seminars, training sessions, and meetings as required by management
• Deliver quality service to clients
• Participate in training sessions, conferences, and meetings
• Work efficiently with the sales team towards achieving set goals and targets

Qualifications

• BSC/HND in a related field
• Must have relevant experience in a similar role
