Job Description

• Liaise with clients to solve client problems immediately when they come up.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing the information as you carry out your duties
• Execute excellent team spirit by working efficiently with the sales team
• Prompt resolution of issues with customers
• Maintain a proper reporting system as it concerns sales, customers relations, and other issues as necessary
• Work with the rest of the sales team to identify and develop new strategies for sales.
• Establishing and maintaining a positive business and customer relationship.
• Exercise a great level of persuasiveness with clients while maximizing growth opportunities
• Make contributions to team efforts and achieve team and company goals
• Provide adequate information about products and services to customers as required
• Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients aimed at generating leads for the business
• Make presentations to clients, prospective clients, and business partners as required
• Build and manage client database
• Provide feedback on clients and work done
• Partake in training sessions and meetings as required by management

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience in a similar field
• BSC/HND in a related field
