A Nigerian young Man identified as Owagu Franklin Ugochukwu from uwelle ukehhe Igboetiti LG area of Enugu state has made His Nation proud by winning the most successful Departmental President of the year award. Not only being the first Nigerian to reach that position on his campus, but has also Performed absolutely well. After His achievements within 8 Months which were compared with that of other Departmental Presidents on his campus (Tamale Technical University Ghana), he was awarded the most Successful Departmental President of the year award by the Students Representative Council(SRC) at an event tagged "SRC Awards Night" which took place on 12th April 2019 at Radach hotel Tamale Ghana with other activities.

Owagu Franklin Ugochukwu is a Final year Student of Tamale Technical University Computer Science Department
In 2017 He was elected the Departmental Organizer, and after serving diligently was also elected as the Departmental President in the year 2018 where he has proven without doubt to be worthy of the receiving the prestigious price.

He dedicated his award to God of Word of Faith Bible Institute (WOFBI) organized by Winners chapel International in which he claimed to be the foundation of his Success.
