PROCEDURE.
 Buyer and Seller signs M.O.U.
 Seller gives Proof of Fund by issuing a Bank Capability Letter to the Buyer to Confirm the Seller’s Bank Capacity to consummate the transaction.
 Upon confirmation of Seller’s Bank capability/readiness to consummate the transaction, Buyer shall proceed to place a lien in favor of the Seller to the tone of THIRTY THRE BILLION FIVE HUNDRED MILLION NAIRA ONLY (N33,500,000,000.00).
 Upon the receipt and acknowledgement of the lien by Seller’s Bank, Seller shall lproceed to fund the Buyer’s Nominated OFFSHORE/INFLOW ACCOUNT within TEN BANKING DAYS (10Days) from the day of issuance of the LIEN to the tone of ONE HUNDRED MILLION UNITED STATE DOLLAR ($100,000,00.00).
 Upon confirmation and Verification of USD100,000,000.00 in the Buyer’s Nominated OFFSHORE/INFLOW ACCOUNT, Buyer shall proceed IMMEDIATELY to UNBLOCK the LIEN and simultaneously credit all the Nominated NAIRA ACCOUNT as indicated in the transaction
