First of all, you need to treat it from the inside by boosting your immune system.

Start by taking fruits daily. Fruits like oranges, lime/lemons, watermelons, pineapples will help.

Taking fruits is not that complicated as some think, with at least #200 a day, you can buy 3-4 different types of fruits.

Taking a lot of water will help cleanse your system of toxins and judging by your skin, you hardly take enough water.
Taking at least 3ltrs of water a day would help.

Also, cut down on dairy products if you take them too much because eczema and some other skin disorders are some of the side effects of being lactose intolerant.

It is more effective to treat infections from the inside to the outside for permanent cure .

What you have is not eczema but tinea versicolor. If you want quick and permanent solution, buy Nizoral cream and Ketoconazole drug. It clear off in a week or 2 and it won't come back again. Also, take blood tonic while taking the drug.

Nizoral cream is around 1500 and it can just get any Ketoconazole drug which shouldn't be more than 1000

I am very sure aloe Vera will help. But skin diseases are stubborn hence I give 6mths to one year duration of usage. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins. All these are generally blood contaminations too.

However, some companies like Johnson and Johnson did made their own in emollient based to reduce the odor. Hydrocortisone cream is for mild form of the condition.
