A self proclaimed Islamic cleric, Alfa Isiaka Adisa, 38 and his friend, Rasheed Kasali, 39, have been arrested in Lagos for debasing a 13-year old girl by sucking her private part and penetrating her anus for sexual desire.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Surulere area where the defendants and the victim’s parents reside.

Alfa Isiaka, who resides at 11 Josun Street and Kasali, who lives at 18b Dipo Olubi Street, all in Surulere, allegedly lured the victim into an apartment, forced her to remove her pant and they sucked her private part in turns.
