MTN COLLECTED MY =N=2500 FOR INTERNET NITE BROWSING. THE DAY I LOADED THE CARD I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THAT MY CASH HAS BEEN ACCEPTED AND I HAVE ONE MONTH TO BROWSE ALL NIGHT. ABOUT 9PM SAME DAY I RECEIVED ANOTHER MESSAGE THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS EXPIRED. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE NO ANSWER I LISTENED TO MUSIC FOR 4 HOURS NO RESPONSE, I SENT EMAILS THEY REPLIED AND SAID THE EQUIPMENT TO CHECK THE PROBLEM IS NOT AVAILABE TILL DATE. MY MONEY IS GONE! THE SERVICE I PAID FOR I DID NOT USE. IMAGINE THIS SAME THING HAPPENS TO ONE MILLION NIGERIANS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY, MTN WILL SUCCESSFULLY MAKE =N=2.5B AND NO QUESTION ASKED.

I FEAR WHO NO FEAR THIS COUNTRY.

sorry sha, but i pity another body that uses mtn for browsing. mtn and zain are both very big cheats and useless network
sorry for it sha because i know how it pains. why not go for etisalat. both making calls and there internet are good. i make calls to any network for 15 naira a minute. i have mtn but i only use it to recieve call since that is the line all my folks have. i hate mtn

Please note that even the 10,000 Naira monthly package can finish within an hour, it all depend on the amount of gigs you download. and it is the same with all networks. internet connection is too costly in this country and no body is doing anything to help it,thereby keeping so many Nigerians in the dark and keeping us undeveloped.
