A woman believed to be in her late 30’s has lost her legs in a gory accident that occurred in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

According to eye witnesses, the lady was trading second hand wears(okrika) on the mile one fly over when a bus lost control and rammed into her, causing her to lose both legs.


The woman who fell into the popular fly over market with her back, bleeding profusely after losing both legs was rushed to a nearby hospital by good samaritans who are also traders in the market.

Somebody cannot hustle and go back home in peace again?

The government should make taking accident scene photos illegal. Respect people’s dignity and for goodness sake, call emergency services rather than waste time taking pictures and making videos.
