It does not justify beating a sick toddler. She didn't have to take the job if it wasn't ok for her

That's inhuman.

But 99.9% of people condemning this act will do exactly what this nanny did.

Nanny/ creche job is one of the most frustrating and thankless jobs anyone can do especially with kids who are not raised properly.

What exactly is your point? 'cause I don't see how this comment relates to the issue on ground. If it's what I'm thinking, then allow me to submit that this reason doesn't justify her actions. No reason whatsoever justifies treating a child that way.
