I have always been enjoying my smile modem. However today when I tried to login, I noticed the username has changed from mine to Jisatsu. I went ahead to connect anyway. Then i saw this. Been calling their customer care line, I am on a long queue.

I noticed this too on my smile. I was even surprised and taught maybe it was my neighbors or something. I'm surprised I happened to other people. My admin password Dosent even work again. So I can't even do anything |
