1. JOB POSITION: FIELD-BASED MUD ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION AND PROFILE

The Field Based Mud Engineer is responsible for ensuring the properties of the drilling fluid are within designed specification. He works closely with the Senior Drilling Supervisor to disseminate information about mud properties and expected treatment about any changes that might occur during the operations.
Relationships: Reports directly to the Senior Drilling Supervisor and functionally to the Office-based Mud Engineer.
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 15 Years of Experience in the oil and gas industry with at least 5 years as Senior Mud/Drilling Fluids Engineer with relevant experience.
• Extensive experience with Drilling and Workover rigs for all types mud systems.
• Recent offshore experience (Jack-up or deep offshore rig) is required
• Must have worked in an Operator’s (oil company’s) environment. Experience with international oil companies will be added advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering (Other Science Disciplines may be considered)
• Offshore survival and HUET (BOSIET) certification


2. JOB POSITION: NIGHT COMPLETIONS SUPERVISOR
JOB DESCRIPTION AND PROFILE

This position will provide Completions and well engineering functions to support drilling, work-over and completion projects in shallow and deep offshore.
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 10 Years of Experience in the oil and gas industry with at least 5 years as Completions Supervisor with relevant experience.
• Extensive experience with Drilling and Workover rigs for all types of well construction activities
• Recent offshore experience (Jack-up or deep offshore rig) is required
• Must have worked in an Operator’s (oil company’s) environment. Experience with international oil companies will be added advantage.
• Experience with leading well engineering software is important
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or HND in Petroleum engineering (Other Engineering Disciplines may be considered e.g. Chemical, Mechanical, etc.)
• Well control certification
• Offshore survival and HUET (BOSIET) certification


3. JOB POSITION: QA-QC MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION AND PROFILE

This position will provide quality control and quality assurance of materials, equipment and services being mobilized to support drilling, work-over and completion projects in shallow and deep offshore.
Reports directly to the Drilling Superintendent
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 15 Years of Experience in the oil and gas industry with at least 5 years in QA-QC function with relevant experience.
• Extensive experience with Drilling and Workover rigs for all types of well construction activities
• Must have worked in an Operator’s (Oil Company’s) environment. Experience with international oil companies will be added advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum engineering or any other engineering or Science discipline


4. JOB POSITION: DRILLING ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION AND PROFILE

This position will provide drilling and well engineering functions to support drilling, work-over and completion projects in shallow and deep offshore.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 8 Years of Experience in the oil and gas industry with at least 3 years as Drilling Engineer with relevant experience.
• Extensive experience with Drilling and Workover rigs for all types of well construction activities
• Recent offshore experience (Jack-up or deep offshore rig) is required
• Must have worked in an Operator’s (oil company’s) environment. Experience with international oil companies will be added advantage.
• Experience with leading well engineering software is important
QUALIFICATIONS
