Recently, Diamond Bank Plc promoted some its staff members, only to follow it up recently with sacking of staff. For some weeks now, Most staff of Diamond now live with the fear of being sacked. Sources revealed that they are using the strategy of laying them off gradually. You might come to work and notice that you cannot log on with your password. That is usually the first sign that your sack letter is on the way. One now begins to wonder why promote some staff and now punish others by trying to make up the increase in salary attached to the various promotions. OUR BANKING INDUSTRY HAVE NOT YET RECOVERED FROM SANUSITIZATION. MAY GOD HELP US |
