N7.6 billion Fraud: Go and face trial, Appeal Court tells Kalu The Lagos Division of the Court of Appeal on Wednesday upheld the dismissal of the ‘no-case submission’ filed by a former governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu, in his trial for alleged corruption. Mr Kalu, who was a state governor between 1999 and 2007, is facing a N7.67 billion fraud charge filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
