The Nigerian Senate during the plenary today observed a one minute silence in honour of late Justice Mamman Nasir, who passed away earlier this month. Following the one minute silence, the Senate resolved to immortalize the Late Hon. Justice Mamman Nasir by naming a national monument in his honour. The Senate also plan to send another committee to Katsina to commiserate with the Family of the late Justice Mamman Nasir.
