I am a Nokia fan and have been since the days of 3310. I recently lost my Lumia 630. I do just emails, other simple tasks - calls, whatsapp. Not into gaming. Pictures? well just for project reporting basically. So now I want to replace and I am really torn on which to pick. My budget is not more than N32k. The issue is I want a phone that is not large like 6" screen, that does not lag, that does not heat up on use (very important- I no want pressing iron cheesy), decent speed with multitasking, has a compass (I like this feature alot cheesy), that runs apps like whatsapp, gmails, yahoo mails, other basic simple apps smoothly, good call clarity and overall phone with good classic looks. Hope I have not ask for too much. So please which Nokia phone is my best bet?

With your budget I would opt for a Nokia 2.1

It doesn't meet your screen size and ram demands (6 inch screen and 1gb RAM)

You could also want to check out the first Nokia 2 model which should cost a little more.

In conclusion your demands are not realistic compared to the Nokia devices available at that price budget.

If you make this purchase you will have to endure certain shortcomings.

The upsides are great battery life and great performance depending on usage.
