Are you using BBM (English version) for your marketing, sales or advert? I think you will have to drop BBM and find another means.

You will see Time to say Goodbye on your chat topmost page on blackberry. On 18th Of April, 2019, blackberry posted that it will be unplugging the cord and closing down on 31st Of May, 2019.

It was noted that user had since left the app for others in the market.
