This is the most unfortunate position from the Edo branch of the NBA, I wouldn't have a problem with this stance if the Nigerian police do due diligence when investigating suspects. In my experience practicing, countless times, the police lump up suspects and charge them for armed robbery, kidnapping and all sorts, do we watch while innocent people amongst the accused rot in jail? The NBA national should put Edo branch on a short leash. This is despicable!

NBA it is the discretion of the lawyer that justifies whether he deems it to be an allegation of kidnapping or not,so the police cannot frame you,if the lawyer perceives it's a setup,there would be on other option but for the lawyers assistant.

This is the most stupid decision ever made by the so called learned monkeys.. Every suspect is innocent until proven guilty and there should be fair judgement for all. This is just barbaric and another ploy by some set of individuals to hijack the fundamental human rights of the common man. Are you a Kidnapper or have plans of engaging?If you are in Edo State and they catch you,the state NBA has ordered their members not to represent you,if Evans the kidnapper was in Edo State he may probably have to hire attorney's from out of state.
