Highly unlikely. 17 yearly car with low mileage only means one of two things: It was accidented and salvaged before being sold off in auction or the odometer was damaged and replaced.

If the mileage is that low as a result of use, then the interior should be relatively clean. In this case, there is considerable wear on the seats of the vehicle which suggests it was salvaged, fixed and sent to Nigeria.

I saw a 2004 model of this car in Houston last Christmas for $200, but it was flooded.

The interior is actually relatively clean. It’s actually not accident and I can pm you the VIN and auction pics. The odometer was also not damaged. I understand your observations but as I said earlier , it might have been sold late and the users dont drive it too much.
