If truely he would do it, he deserves commendation, because the gov. dat received the bulk has not even done half of that.....go to dekina, olamaboro, akpan, all abandoned, APC most change Yahaya Bello if people must not die for him to win.

How much was earmarked for this project and what is the true cost of the project..

All I see is borehole borehole.. electrification. They will just bring one transformer and have the community contribute money for the rest.

We have seen this before... scam upon scam.
