Is it that federal government cannot buy an ambulance or at least convert a vehicle to an ambulance or federal government cannot fuel vehicles, thus it ordered the use of Keke?

Nigerian health care system needs deliverance!!!!

Does this Hospital have a Medical director? Please who is the medical director of this hospital?

Imagine a pregnant woman bleeding or accident victim, and this is what is used to convey the persons?

Not acceptable in a primary health care center, not talk of federal medical centre

Minister of health must wake up to his responsibilities ,at least pretend to care.

You are now call on the government and the Minster of health, but in the case of NTA people were blasting then leaving out the system.

What is the use of an ambulance?

That they even have an ambulance is surprising. A lot of government hospitals have none. A lot of those who have are not functioning.

Doomed nation.

The president will rather go for treatment abroad instead of upgrading at least a hospital here. Governors do the same. How can we then have a functional health care system?

The Nigerian health SCARE sector!!!

If it was used by a foreign country now,you would call it innovative.
Do you know how useful this can be in reaching far flung terrains with difficult access roads?
So you think it's the size of a vehicle that makes an ambulance and not it's ability to reach needed destination in good time with the right emergency tools?
I bet your type would have laughed when laptops started being produced,compared to their gigantic computer forerunners.
You would have been asking what can a small laptop do compared to it's warehouse sized counterparts.
This kind of innovative solution is what wins institutions awards from world health institutions.
So find somewhere else to laugh your lazy ass off.

its not a bad idea. just that the Nigerian health sector is messed up

Every coin has two sides, if this is the case in resource poor setting ,this can be termed as innovative, at least to carry the debilitated to the hospital for intervention by any means .

But when maybe money budgeted for hi tech Amblance ,and this is the outcome then it becomes worrisome.

In my view federal government have the financial muscle to acquire ambulances with modern equipment for it's hospitals.

However the health system of Nigeria,needs overhauling.
