Gov. Dickson Decline assent to Bill seeking life Pension for House members.

• Bayelsans shower encomiums on Gov. Dickson, says he is the People's Governor.

Governor Dickson summons the leaders and the members of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly to his farm in Toru Orua to have a consultative meeting with them where he explained the reasons for declining assent to the proposed life pension bill for members of the House.

An official statement will be released shortly.

Meanwhile, some Bayelsans have described the Governor as a man of the people, noting that, the Governor is interested in the well being of Bayelsans
