He regretted, however, that PDP obtained the required documents from 13 of the 44 local governments, while accusing the first and second respondents of failing in the exercise.

The lawyer of Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and the head of the legal research team of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Musa Abdullahi Lawan, opposed the PDP’s allegation.

He insisted that the opposition party had exhausted the deadlines to examine the electoral materials.
