Ondo state House of Assembly has lauded Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for his massive industrialization and life changing projects geared towards empowering the youths for self reliance.

The Speaker, Ondo state House of Assembly, Bamidele Oleyelogun gave the commendation during an oversight function to ore industrial hub at Omotoso in Odigbo Council Area of the state.

Oleyelogun said the present administration is settling the pace for others to follow in terms of transformation development

Speaking after the inspection tour, the Chairman, House Committee on commerce and industry, Mr Sola Ebiwonjumi who expressed satisfaction over the project thanked Governor Akeredolu for his vision in transforming Ondo state across all sectors.

On his part, the Senior special Assistant to Governor Akeredolu on economic zones and development, Mr. Ayo Ipaye who took the delegation round the facility noted that over 20,000 direct and indirect employment opportunities will be created when the industry begins to operate at full capacity.

The Administrative Manager of win win Textile industry, Adeshina Ahmed who said the industry produces 1,000 cartons of threads per day with 300 staff strength noted that it will soon start producing fabrics, lace and ankara.

He said the industrial hub will also have a training centre called African College of Agriculture Vocational and Technical Studies, where interested youths could acquire needed manpower technology for the job.
