Oyo State College Of Nursing Form for 2021/2022 Academic Session

The Oyo State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Eleyele, Ibadan, is currently selling application forms for admission into its Basic General Nursing Programme for the 2021/2022 academic session. Applications are therefore invited from suitably eligible candidates for admission into the Basic General Nursing programme of Oyo State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Eleyele (OYSCONME), Ibadan, for the 2021/2022 academic session.

Oyo State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Eleyele Basic General Nursing is a three year (3) programme which will commence from 4TH October 2021, thereafter, candidates will be presented for both the College and the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) Final Qualifying Examinations to qualify as General Nurses and be eligible for registration with NMCN as Registered Nurses (RN).

Oyo State College Of Nursing Admission Requirements

Before proceeding to application, applicant must possess the following:

i. WAEC/SSCE/GCE or NECO/SSCE/GCE with at least five (5) credits which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology obtained in more than two (2) sittings.
ii. Only applicants with required credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings form the same examination body may apply. He or She should be at least Seventeen (17) years old on admission.
