Omotola Jalade who has been quite active in Nigeria's political scene, described Goodluck Jonathan's administration as wasteful after Halima Waziri apologized. The Nigerian Muslim lady had tendered an unreserved apology to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan for condemning his administration, as she further stated that she now realizes that Goodluck was a true democrat and not a dictator.

However reacting to the above apology, Omotola Jalade described Goodluck Jonathan's administration as wasteful. According to her there is nothing to apologize for even though things were better than it is now. She tweeted;
