I still can't remember when the police started collecting taxes as part of their routine job description. Is the police now a subsidiary of FIRS?. Prostitution as far as everyone knows, is a moral wrong & not a crime, as the police could not cite any one section of the law that criminalizes prostitution in Nigeria.
