Go to the nearest post office to u, with your tracking number.

Although, its the post office personnel that usually call to inform u of the arrival if your item but if it takes long, you need to visit the post office and confirm.

Your product might be in Nigeria but hasn't reached the post office in your region you should wait for two days the do what the person above said�

Sometime they will not call oo, go to the nearest pos office with your Govt ID card & tracking number.

Talking from experience, I waited tired expecting their call as usual, until I go there myself
