The Owerri Judicial Division of the Court of Appeal has upturned a prior judgment of a Federal High Court sitting in Owerri which had blamed the selection of Sir Okey Ezeh as the Imo State governorship applicant of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in the last broad decisions.

It would be reviewed that Dr. Casmir Anyanwu, who had prior developed as the gubernatorial applicant at the gathering’s primaries hung on October 5, 2018, hosted hauled both the get-together and Okey Ezeh who had superseded him to the Federal High Court sitting in Owerri.

The court additionally requested the Federal High Court to reassign the case to another judge for crisp preliminary.

In the meantime, the National Working Committee of the SDP has confirmed the ejection of Mr. Casmir Anyanwu from the gathering. In a letter marked by the National Secretary of the group, Alh.
