Why is the Nigeria army logo written in Arabic? Why in a nation of English speaking conduct parade in Hausa?

"Nsr mn Allah" that's the letters written.
Now the "Nsr" could mean Nassara which means victory in Hausa (and possibly arabic idk.), the "Mn" I'm not sure what it means.
And Allah which is God in Hausa and Arabic.
If I'm to guess what it means, it would be "Victory is to or from God" but I'm not sure.
