The Role

The Research Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of internal and external research work and projects across the company and for giving specialist guidance and advice to the business
The job holder will collate and analyse data and provide evidence based recommendations which will be used to contribute to the delivery of our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities

Monitoring and analyzing business performance through a range of measures, internal and external and communicating this back to the business with appropriate recommendations
